Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company, Heyhigh Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the users regarding the use of the design services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the 72-hour studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Site" refers to the website built by the Company to provide non-physical design services electronically to users.
2. "User" refers to a person who accesses this Site and utilizes the services provided by the Company, and can apply for services without membership registration.
3. "Design Services" refers to the work that provides online design outputs such as web/app UI, SNS content, and e-commerce detail pages upon the user's request.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms and Conditions) The Company posts these Terms and Conditions on the Site's initial screen or notifies users by other means and can revise them as long as it does not violate relevant laws. In the case of revision, the application date and reason for revision will be specified and notified at least 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
1. The Company provides the following services:
- Design order receipt and work progress
- Electronic delivery of completed work
- Other additional services determined by the Company
2. The content of the services may change according to the Company's circumstances.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The provision of services may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, system maintenance, technical failures, etc., and in such cases, prior or subsequent notice will be given.

Article 6 (Formation of Contract)
A contract is established when the user applies for design services through the order form or payment interface provided by the Company, and the Company accepts it.

Article 7 (Payment Methods)
The user can pay using one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card
2. Real-time Bank Transfer
3. Simplified Payment Services (e.g., KakaoPay, etc.)

Article 8 (Delivery of Outputs and Refunds)
1. Design outputs will be delivered via the customer’s email and are considered delivered from the point of work completion.
2. Refunds and cancellations are governed by separate service terms and refund agreements specified in advance.

Article 9 (Privacy Protection)
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws, and detailed matters are determined in the "Privacy Policy".

Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company strives to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with laws and these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Obligations of the User)
The user must not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Providing false information
2. Impersonation of another's personal information
3. Acts of infringing the copyright related to the services

Article 12 (Copyright)
1. The copyright for design outputs created by this service belongs to the Company, and the user must consult in advance if they wish to commercially use them.
2. However, the rights to the original materials provided by the user belong to the user.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute between the Company and the user, both parties shall earnestly consult to resolve it, and if no agreement is reached, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect from May 15, 2025.
